An iconic structure reimagined
The Cambridge KiOSK is a vibrant new public space situated in the historic Harvard Square Kiosk, a landmark that once served as the entrance to the Harvard Square subway station and housed the iconic Out of Town Newsstand. Located in one of the region’s busiest areas, the Cambridge KiOSK offers a welcoming, inclusive, and free arts and culture space and information center. Operated by CultureHouse in collaboration with the Cambridge Office for Tourism and the City of Cambridge, the KiOSK reimagines this historic structure as a hub for connection and creativity.

Arts and culture
Designed to be flexible and dynamic, the KiOSK leverages its central location in Harvard Square to host diverse programs—installations, exhibits, vendor markets, performances, workshops, gatherings, and more. Our platform provides opportunities to uplift systemically marginalized communities through arts and culture programming in collaboration with local artists, creatives, and organizations.

Information
